Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my service?
-Ideally by October. We recommend booking as early as possible as our schedule fills up quickly.
When do you install the lights?
-We start our installs in late September or early October due to the amount of homes to complete with limited time. If installed early we leave the lights off until you are feeling festive. Installation dates are first come first served so it is important to book early.
What does your service include?
-We provide a full turn-key package that includes the rental of all lighting/ decor, professional installation, maintenance throughout the season, removal and storage.
Why hire us versus a handyman or other service provider?
-We dedicate our business to specialize in holiday lighting and decor. Our team travels the country to attend trade shows and trainings each year to make sure you’re getting the best possible service and products. We hear many stories where people hire non-specialized installers only to find out they didn’t have the proper insurance, used inferior products leading to many outages, or they simply don’t even return to take down the lights.
Can you install my own lights?
-In order to guarantee the best possible experience we use our own brand of commercial-grade LED lighting and decor. There is a huge difference in the apperance and quality of our lights versus what is carried in the local stores. With our reputation on the line we only install the very best!
What happens if I encounter issues with the lights?
-100% maintenance services are included with your package. If there is an issue with the lighting please contact us right away and the issue will be resolved within 24 hours guaranteed.
Do you offer lighting installations for the rest of the year?
-Yes! We offer multiple options for permanent installations. Permanent holiday lighting will be available after the Christmas lights season. Also look out for CHS Landscape Lighting coming soon…!
Do you carry insurance?
-Yes we are fully covered for general liability and workers compensation insurance.
